Interview Process
The interview process consisted of two main rounds. In the first round, I had a conversation with an AI agent. The questions were primarily about my reasons for choosing Coinbase, what cryptocurrency is, and whether I had any experience with cryptocurrency.
The second round involved a cultural questionnaire. I completed this immediately after a workout and did not manage my time well. I only answered 21 questions correctly. I recommend practicing visual reasoning types of questions beforehand. I spent too much time on vocabulary questions, so it may be better to skip them if time is running short and just select one answer quickly.
As a side note, another HR representative later contacted me about a different position. However, after seeing that I did not pass the cultural questionnaire, they advised me to wait another eight months for a new opportunity, which felt like a wasted chance.
