Interview Process
The interview focused on alpha research and included a series of questions about the candidate’s resume and deep learning fundamentals. The interviewer delved into the details of each project listed on the resume, asking about the inputs used, the rationale behind their selection, the scaling and aggregation techniques applied, and how the architecture was adjusted accordingly. Candidates who had projects centered around visualization seemed to be at a disadvantage, as there was often no need to modify the architecture for such projects.
