Interview Process
I had a coding phone screen with a recruiter from hims & hers. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The first part was behavioral, where they asked about my previous experiences and projects. The second part was technical, where I was given a problem to solve on the spot. I needed to explain my thought process and write code to demonstrate my solution. Overall, it was a comfortable interview, with the recruiter being friendly and welcoming. I felt that I was able to express my thoughts clearly, and they were receptive to my approach.
