A friend referred me, and about a week later, I was contacted by HR for a 30-minute chat. The conversation began with questions about my willingness to relocate, followed by a self-introduction and details about the team I was interviewing for. The HR representative asked several behavioral questions, including my most challenging technical experience and to describe a time I faced a significant challenge. The discussion lasted the full 30 minutes. At the end of the conversation, HR mentioned they would consult with the hiring manager and get back to me by the weekend. However, I did not receive any further communication.
