After completing the online assessment, I was contacted by the hiring manager two weeks later for a 30-minute interview. The discussion primarily revolved around my previous internship experiences and my understanding of the Engineering Development Group (EDG) program. The conversation felt straightforward, and the hiring manager mentioned that they would pass my information to HR before concluding the call.
The EDG program involves starting in a tech support role, focusing on MATLAB and Simulink, with rotations every three months to different teams as a software engineer. After 18 months, participants can choose a team.
