Interview Process
The interview process began with a 15-minute phone screen conducted by a sourcer who reached out via LinkedIn. During this initial call, basic background questions were asked. After passing this stage, the candidate was informed that they would move on to a 45-minute technical interview focusing on React, Functional Programming, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Following the technical round, there was a 30-minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager, all conducted via video.
