Interview Process
I had a tech phone screen with Uber which lasted about 27 minutes. The interviewer started with some behavioral questions and then moved on to the technical portion. I was asked to solve the “Robot Grid Distance” challenge. The problem involved calculating the shortest path for a robot on a grid. The interviewer was very supportive and guided me through the problem when I got stuck. Overall, it was a good learning experience, and I felt positive about my performance after the interview.
