Interview Process
The recruiter from xAI reached out on LinkedIn. The first round consisted of a four-hour online assessment (OA) where candidates could use any tools. At the end of the assessment, candidates were required to upload their code to a private GitHub repository and invite the xAI engineering team and recruiter. A demo video needed to be uploaded within 24 hours.
