The interview process began with an HR representative reaching out multiple times via email. Eventually, a phone call was arranged where the HR asked about my job responsibilities and years of experience. I mentioned that I have three years of experience. The HR representative indicated that they were looking for a candidate with more experience for the E5 position and concluded the call with a rejection after a brief five-minute conversation.
