The interview process included a take-home assignment that involved proposing a design idea. After submitting the assignment, I had a phone interview to deep dive into the solution. One interviewer arrived late and did not participate throughout the interview. When it was my turn to ask questions, I inquired about career advice, which felt a bit out of place.
