Interview Process
I had a tech phone screen scheduled with hims & hers. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and started with some basic questions about my background and experience. After that, we went into the technical questions, which involved solving coding problems on a shared screen. At the end of the interview, they explained the next steps in the hiring process, and I felt positive about my performance, although I haven’t heard back yet.
