Interview Process
I had a detailed onsite interview at Meta for a full-time role in Analytics & Data Science. The interview included various SQL challenges that tested my knowledge of data manipulation and querying techniques. One of the key questions was about optimizing a SQL query that involved aggregating large datasets. In addition to SQL, I was asked product-related questions where I had to devise strategies for user engagement and retention. This involved outlining potential new features and discussing their value propositions. Behavioral questions were also a part of the interview, where I was asked about past experiences, teamwork, and how I’ve handled conflicts in a professional environment.
