I applied through the company’s careers page and was contacted by a recruiter within a week. The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes, focusing on both technical and behavioral questions. The technical part included a coding question where I implemented a rate limiter algorithm. The behavioral section explored my past experiences and how I handled certain team conflicts.
