Interview Process
I had a tech phone screen for a Software Engineer position at Hims & Hers. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The first half of the interview was focused on my background and previous experiences. I was asked about the projects I have worked on and the technologies I have used. The interviewer was particularly interested in my experience with JavaScript and React, which are key technologies for their development stack.
The second half of the interview consisted of a coding challenge. I was asked to solve a problem related to data structures.
