Interview Process
I had a tech phone screen for a Software Engineer role at hims & hers. The interview consisted of two parts: a coding challenge followed by system design questions. The coding question focused on data structures, specifically trees. The interviewer was very helpful and provided hints when I got stuck. After completing the coding challenge, we discussed system design, where I was asked to design a basic URL shortening service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciated the interviewer’s collaborative approach.
