Interview Process
I had a phone screening with Roblox for their Software Engineer position. The interview was primarily technical. The interviewer asked me about my previous experience and then moved on to the coding challenge. The interview lasted around 21 minutes, and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging throughout the process. They provided some useful feedback at the end, which I appreciated. It was a great experience overall!
