Interview Process
The interview process started with a phone screen where I was asked various questions about quantitative finance, mathematical concepts, and some coding problems that were mostly focused on algorithms and data structures. The interviewer was quite friendly and encouraged me to think out loud. There were questions on market trends and my thoughts on recent economic changes, which was surprising. Overall, it felt like a good conversation rather than a rigid interview. They were looking for both technical skills and the ability to think critically.
