Interview Process
The phone screen lasted for about 15 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and started with a brief introduction. He then moved on to asking technical questions related to finance and quantitative analysis, with a strong emphasis on probability and statistics. I was asked to solve a couple of mathematical problems on the spot, which involved calculations related to financial models. The experience was overall positive, but the time constraint made it a bit challenging to express my thought process fully.
