Interview Process
The phone screen consisted of two parts: a technical coding question followed by behavioral questions. The technical question was about the Robot Grid Distance Challenge, where I had to implement a function to determine the minimum steps required for the robot to reach its destination from a starting point in a grid. During the behavioral section, I was asked about my previous projects and how I handle team conflicts. Overall, it was a long but structured interview, and I felt that the interviewer was genuinely interested in my thought process as I solved the technical problem.
