Interview Process
The phone screen interview lasted about 1 hour. It began with behavioral questions, such as discussing challenges faced in previous projects and how to prioritize tasks when managing multiple projects. Following this, I was presented with a coding question related to the Robot Grid Distance Problem. After solving the problem, we discussed the time complexity and space complexity of my solution. The interviewer seemed satisfied with my approach and insights, and we also talked about my previous experiences and my motivation for applying to Uber. Overall, it was a friendly interview that included both technical and behavioral questions.
