Interview Process
The interview process consisted of three stages.
Stage 1:
The first stage involved discussing the resume and then designing an Agentic system for automatically navigating and querying employee working logs.
Stage 2:
This stage included two rounds of coding interviews. The questions were similar to those found in other interview experiences shared online. One of the questions involved designing an Amazon shopping recommendation system, considering the landing page and search engine separately.
Stage 3:
The final stage consisted of two rounds focused on behavioral questions. The context of the management interview questions was more complex than those in the value interview, with a strong emphasis on the company’s five values.
