Interview Process

  • Week 1: HR outreach - 30 minutes
  • Week 1: Hiring manager discussion - 30 minutes
  • Week 2: Take-home exam, followed by a discussion with the director - 30 minutes
  • Week 3:
    • Case discussion with team member - 30 minutes
    • SQL technical screen - 45 minutes
    • Four questions were asked; the difficulty was manageable, but the last question was complex, and there wasn’t enough time to complete it.
    • Python technical screen - 45 minutes
    • Focus on Pandas (although HR mentioned it was “good to know,” I was surprised that the entire section was on Pandas). I regret not preparing better; the last time I used Pandas was during my undergraduate studies.
