Interview Process
The interview process consisted of two parts: a technical coding interview and a behavioral interview. During the coding interview, I was asked to solve a problem involving data structures, specifically implementing a binary tree traversal method. After successfully solving the problem, the interviewer asked follow-up questions to explore my thought process further.
For the behavioral part, I was asked questions such as “Tell me about a time you faced a challenge in a team project” and “How do you prioritize your tasks when you have multiple deadlines?” The interviewer was very friendly and engaging, making the experience less intimidating. Overall, it was an encouraging experience, and I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and asking questions.
