Interview Process
The Applied Intuition interview process was quite extensive. First, I had an introductory call with a recruiter who explained the company culture and the role. Then, I was scheduled for a technical phone screen that lasted about an hour. During the interview, I was asked a few coding questions, and the interviewer was quite engaging, making it feel more like a conversation rather than a strict Q&A session. I had to solve a problem related to data structure manipulation, which involved writing a function in real-time while sharing my screen. There were also a few questions where I had to explain my thought process thoroughly. Overall, I found the interview challenging yet fair. I received positive feedback about my problem-solving approach but was informed that they would get back to me after reviewing other candidates.
